When to do this move
This is a move you can do when dribbling towards a defender at a medium pace or at full speed. As with most moves, it is more difficult to do it at full speed, but with practice, you can perform it very efficiently. Having good agility really helps with this one because you have to quickly shift your body to the side.
How to do the Lunge Move
1. As you dribble, take a side step and try to dip your shoulder to that same side.
2. Use the outside part of the opposite foot to push the ball into space.
