Use a pinch for a quick change in direction as you’re shielding the ball.
When to do this move
You can do an L-move in many situations, but this video was specifically done so you can see why it makes sense to do an L-move when you are shielding the ball. It’s a great way to turn and change direction.
How to do the Shield and Pinch Move
1. First, make sure you have a solid shield in place and the opponent is pressuring against you.
2. Roll the ball back, and turn your head towards the roll to emphasize the movement, and then quickly pinch in the opposite direction.
