Make your opponents hesitate and gain an advantage with this fake pullback. Very effective and slick move.
When to do this move
You can perform this move when you have an opponent running next to you. There are other situations where this move may come in useful. For example, if an opponent is approaching you from the side, you can use this move to fake a change in direction and quickly accelerate. It works in many situations.
How to do the Fake Pullback and Push Move
1. Perform a normal pullback and as your body naturally goes forward (with the momentum) let the training foot tap the ball forward.
2. It’s also important to accelerate after the push. You can even dribble slow and then quickly accelerate as you push the ball forward. This will give you a bigger advantage because you are changing speed and direction.
